the shower handle fell off, and as if that wasn't enough, the bathroom also smelled of sewage, how delightful! despite my obvious preference for deluxe accommodations, no one offered me an upgrade, what a faux pas. i almost thought to write a good review, but those small details just couldn’t be overlooked.
