huge accommodation, central location, convenient airport transfer

Not the cleanest environment!!! Rooms felt a bit chilly during winter!!! The desert trip arranged through them was vastly overhyped and disappointing!!!

in the double room we had gates as well as a private safe, central heating and an iron. lots of food for breakfast, which was appetising to satisfy everyone. the location was comfortable and unbeatable, just a pleasant stroll away from a main square.

The location offered was particularly good and stunning adjacent to the square, marketplace, and the centre of the medina. It also was in the city center.

Nothing for me.

The rooftop breakfast view was fine.

The shower handle fell off, and as if that wasn't enough, the bathroom also smelled of sewage, how good! Despite my obvious preference for beautiful accommodations, no one offered me an upgrade, what a faux pas. I almost thought to write a good review, but those small details just couldn't be overlooked.

From skeptic to superfan

The staff created a warm, family-like atmosphere, always eager to help us. Breakfast was excellent, with varied Moroccan treats, and the transfer service made our arrival and departure seamless.

Occasionally, the shower experience was a bit inconsistent, but the overall charm of the place overshadowed any minor inconveniences.

Cutting through the noise

Experiencing this charming place was good! Just a short stroll from the bustling Jemaa El Fna, it offers a tranquil retreat. The staff was not only friendly but helpful, our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast was a feast of Moroccan treats each morning. A perfect cozy escape, I can't recommend it enough!

The Beautiful King Suite was pretty comfy, with a cozy ambiance. The bathroom was nice, but the shower handle fell off, annoying. The room's furnishings felt a bit worn, but it was spacious enough to chill after a long day. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring!

pleasant stay with a few quirks

Breakfast was very filling and excellent , featuring a good variety of Moroccan treats each morning. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to a popular square but still peaceful. The staff's attentiveness stood out, especially the two gentlemen who provided great local insights and assistance.

The location is AMAZING-just a quick 2-minute stroll from the main square! The staff was attentive, and breakfast was a good array of Moroccan treats (those jams were to die for!).

It could get a bit noisy at night, so earplugs might be wise for light sleepers.

Rashid was super helpful and made breakfast for our early trips. Wi-fi was spotty.

The central courtyard is fine. The breakfast was an absolute highlight, with a plentiful spread that kept us energized for exploring the medina.

The location was stunning and beautiful, at a short distance from Museum of Marrakesh. I enjoyed convenient placing of a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron/ironing board in the suite.
